We are a traditional company specializing in the manufacture of swords. The real blades we produce are renowned for their exceptional toughness and strength. In 2021, we established the Zisu manufacturing department of bamboo swords, driven by the belief that more people should be able to experience sword culture in a safer way. When it comes to craftsmanship, our katanas are 100% pure hand-forged using traditional quenching techniques, resulting in a blade hardness of 53 HRC. The handles and blades are fixed with two bamboo nails, ensuring the blade will never come loose.

The performance of our blades is truly impressive. Razor-sharp, they can easily slice through paper and even cut through 4-inch diameter bamboo with ease.

The materials used in our products are of the highest quality. The blade is made of 1045 carbon steel, while the habaki (the ring at the base of the blade) is crafted from copper.

In terms of dimensions, our katanas measure approximately 39.37 inches (100 cm) in total length, with a blade length of around 27.17 inches (69 cm). The total weight of the weapon is about 2.54 pounds (1.15 kg).

It's important to note that every katana in our shop is manufactured by the Zisu factory. After use, please keep the blade clean and apply anti-rust oil to prevent the blade from rusting. Incorrect use of sharp katanas can be very dangerous, so this product is not recommended for children under 16 years old.
